- This show was Mike's only performance with the band.
- One of the members of the opening act, The Big-Off Tribute Band, was Reverend Douglas Oberle; he was a judge at the band's ill-fated October 23, 2003 performance.
- Matthew actually joined Reverend Oberle and his bandmate Mark Craven in singing the Big-Off Tribute Band's "Gone Fishin'."
